Sons of The Bat, sometimes known as The Batman IV, is a superhero film based on the DC Comics character of the same name. The film is a sequel to Justice League: United. It is the thirty-ninth film in the DC Extended Universe, as well as the first film of Phase Five.
The film is directed by Gareth Evans, written by Matt Reeves and Yusuf Gad, and produced by Zack Snyder and Christopher Nolan.
Synopsis[]
Batman and Nightwing partner up to battle a vigilante who aims to clean up Gotham City but does not follow Batman's moral code. The mysterious vigilante starts killing high ranking kingpins such as Penguin, Black Mask and anyone else in his way. Their investigation leads them to uncover a scheme by Talia al Ghul and the League of Assassins to use a revived Jason Todd as a tool for revenge, while Bruce discovers the heir to Ra's Al Ghul; his violent and unruly illegitimate blood son, Damian Wayne.
